6. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or any applicable laws.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software related to SocialCaptain are the intellectual property of SocialCaptain or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express permission.
8. AI-Generated Content
Content generated using SocialCaptain's AI tools is your responsibility. You should review all generated content before publishing. We are not liable for any damages, claims, or disputes arising from the use of AI-generated content.
9. Third-Party Services
SocialCaptain may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, X, Instagram, TikTok). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
10. Data & Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
